Boulder Arrest Photo Policy
Boulder County publishes a specific arrest-photo rule. The Sheriff's Records Section says an arrest photo of a person over 18 costs $5. It also says juvenile arrest photos are not released unless the juvenile was charged as an adult and court documentation is provided.
